Sinopsis : The film starts from where the prequel ends. Ragini MMS goes viral and caught the attention of director fails, Rocks ( Parvin Dabas ) who decides to make a movie about the scandal. He signed a sunny ( sunny Leone ) as the lead actress and filming in the same house.
Sunny, who took an instant liking to the script asks the director to let him meet real Ragini ( Kainaz Motivala ) which is now in the asylum, to get a better depth look at the character he wants to portray. But the meeting went horribly wrong when Ragini brutal stabbing himself in the neck, killing himself

Then, the cast and crew arrived at the haunted house for filming and things start to go wrong. Then enter Dr. Meera Dutta ( Divya Dutta ), a psychiatrist who specializes in such cases horrible. After going through old newspaper clippings and video tapes of Ragini, he discovered the truth about ghosts.
It was then revealed that the ghost in another life is a married woman with two daughters and a son. He was much attached to her that she was pregnant after a long prayer. One day, a boy and two sisters were playing hide and seek, then the boy slipped into the well and death, driving her crazy and in the quest to raise him from the dead. Once trust priest doing two black magic, sacrifice two daughters mother. When the villagers finally arrived, they assume that the mother may practice skills witch and sentenced to burn alive hanging from a tree. The women finally come down from the tree and after cursing all, kill himself by stabbing his neck with rattles with his son used to play.
